Original artwork description:

A pretty floral display of poppies, daisies and ears of wheat in a glass vase. I love these flowers as they make me think of summer days walking alongside a cornfield in the sunshine.
I have used both warm and cool colours in the background, which I feel works well with the flowers and greenery.
I have painted on a birch panel and left the edges unpainted so as to see the beauty of the wood grain. The painting is ready to hang as it is, or can be put into a frame.
