Original artwork description:

In anticipation of summer, I always want to paint flowers. Coneflowers(echinacea) one of my favorite. Especially in the range pink-purple.

This painting is made with a palette knife using the impasto technique. The paint has been applied with strokes and the painting has a convex structure.

The canvas is 1.5" deep and does not need a frame, can hang on the wall or stand on a horizontal surface.
