Artist's description:

"Clay Pots" was originally painted as a demonstration to show what can be done using only one color. I love monochromatic works because they can be so abstractly evocative and dream-like.

This would be lovely hanging in a kitchen or garden area.

I primarily paint small, intimate works as they can be placed in any setting and are priced for affordability.

This comes unframed but because there is a 'cradle' and because all the sides are painted this can easily be hung using two nails and look quite finished. If you would prefer it wired for hanging I'm happy to to that. This should also fit in a standard frame if that is a better choice for you. For a more casual look I like to sit an unframed piece up on a shelf or side table.

People describe my work as calming and soothing the soul. I hope each of my pieces does that for you.

The painting will be varnished, wrapped in waxed paper, and packing material to prevent damage. I try to use recycled materials whenever possible in shipping.

Because all computer screens are calibrated differently, colors may differ on different monitors. Most paintings have much more nuanced colors in person. I want you to be totally happy with your paintings, so of course, if you aren't, you are welcome to return it.
