Original artwork description:
St Mary Redcliffe is situated next to Bristol floating harbour. During a short work contract at the nearby Aardman Animation studios I would see this view every morning. These January mornings were crystal clear and very cold and the church spire would catch the rising sun whilst the harbour was still in shadow.
The painting measures 12 x 9 ins, initialled on the front, signed and titled on the reverse.
Wrapped in acid free tissue and delivered in sturdy cardboard packaging.
Materials used:
sturdy gesso primed canvas panel, artist quality oil paints
