Original artwork description:

Bright Shiny Day (30X40) was inspired by a lovely sunshine-filled summer week beach-front by the sea. We had great plans each day but, instead, ended up lounging on the balcony in a sea breeze, watching the waves tumble in as tiny sailboats dotted the far horizon. We were vacation-lazy! But also very content. This painting reflects the light bright nature of the location and experience. Completed in high-textured oils on gallery-wrap canvas with rims finished in black, the piece is ready to hang and/or frame.

Materials used:

oil paint, brush, palette knife, brush handle
