Artist's description:

Oil pastel and graphite depiction of London Bridge as viewed from the northern bankside upstream - in cool colours - directly painted outdoors as the expressionists of old. - - - Mostly I sketch, draw and paint directly from nature, in front of a model or object - keeping this practice feeds into my work as a sculptor, printmaker and conceptual artist. Oil pastel is a great medium for the expressionist - graphite adding 3-D effect, it's the sculptor coming through. Such an 'oil pastel and graphite object' breathes so much authenticity, having it on the palm of your hand you will feel its preciousness.

The very handy collection format is A6 - 14.8 x 10.5 cm - the actual image about 13.2 x 9.1 cm leaving an about 7 mm white edge from having been masking taped during its making. The virtual image is placed upon a white background as to imply a passe-partout or frame. All reasonable efforts are made to provide a good representation of colour, however due to computer monitor limitations, some variation may occur. PLEASE VIEW THE SECOND PHOTO FOR THE ACTUAL WORK that sells unframed, and please consider that all my works look better in real life. - - - Thanks for clicking 'Favourite' and 'Follow' - you may like to check out my Instagram account @er for some backstage info - please don't hesitate if you have a question about this work, just click on the contact bottom below as I am happy to hearing from you.
