Emotions and fears reside in the stomach. We are gladly leaving them there trying to ignore and forget about them. All our lives we are feeding them and continuously trying to forgot about them. We are feeding them by not living intuitively and in harmony with nature. We are feeding them with escapism. It grows, blocks the healthy flow of energy and takes control of our being. Do you often feel like you have no control over your emotions?
The healing process begins in silence. In putting down roots deep within. In letting light deep within. In the woods. Become moss. Stone. Connect with nature and let it embrace you. It will hurt. You are not used to facing that. It will hurt a lot. But let it out. Thorn by thorn. Thorn by thorn will destroy the stomach, but in the end a small bud will come out of everything. Hope, new life.
