Thus, almost incidentally, the whole gracefulness of the female body comes to the fore. This is illuminated by the light from the side, against a background that changes from green to ochre. The figure is painted with swift, decisive brushstrokes, some parts are almost sketched and the delicate, light pink skin contrasts with the black of her stockings.
