Original artwork description:

Oil painting on A2 bristol paper, backed with foam board.
I'd initially planned this to be charcoal drawing with gold leaf, but it migrated into a painting. Oils have a softer quality on paper, which I feel worked well.
There is a degree of gold leaf still visible, but largely painted over so the effect is more subtle and muted.
For this reason I haven't employed gold leaf on the prints.

Materials used:

Bristol paper, foam backed, oil paints, gold leaf
