Painting was made while my short stay in a bad neighborhood of Berlin. There was not too many objects for a painting and also it was better to stay at home in the evening.
What can be inspiring in outskirts?
Snow fell at 3 AM while everyone was sleeping, making usually grey district so beautifull now, but everything gone early at the morning. Not a single traces left.
Snow covered streets is very rare in Berlin. I couldn't miss this chance.
I was in a hurry there was too little time, but neon glow from telephone station was trully majectic.
That's the reason why I used quick brush strokes and small size. It is the quintessence of that short but wonderfull night.
