From the project " Ancient legends of China". Chinese legends are known for their cruelty and in a meanwhile incredible beauty of a storyline. "Turning a Fish" isn't an exception. It tells of love, betrayal, and sacrifice. Two sisters were in love with the young warrior. One of them has forged a death certificate and convinced another to sacrifice her life becoming a fish in the Emperor pool. But more than! She is marrying the warrior and serving him a magnificent redfish for supper.
