As a child I grew up spending a lot of time at the beach during the summer months.

One of my most vivid memories was the anticipation of arriving at our destination.

I eagerly peered from the back seat over my parents shoulders trying to catch that first glimpse of the beach we were headed to.

I will never forget how the excitement would build as we rounded a corner, and over a rise, and there it was. The first glimpse of the beach awaiting us.
