For many years I have been inspired by my own two children and my role as a parent and have utilised photos I have of them for my paintings. However, as my children get older, I am becoming more conscious about using their images as a starting point for my paintings. I have therefore starting making up people and imagining what their personalities could be like and what things have been said to them.
