Artist's description:

I photographed this beautiful Bull Moose in Denali National Park, in Alaska last fall. These magnificent animals fight for the right to mate with the cow moose. Only the strongest moose can lay claim to the cows.

Each year, the Bull Moose antlers grow in the spring, becoming larger and more impressive up until they reach their prime.

I love painting the majestic wildlife of Alaska, and Denali National Park offers the artist an unlimited array of opportunities.

Materials used:

Williamsburg oils on gallery wrap canvas, the painting extends to all edges of the canvas giving a 3D look to the painting. This painting does not require framing, so it is ready to hang!
