Autumn. How much has been said about her has been written both in poetry and prose.
What gorgeous colours and shades autumn gives us. Gold, crimson red, shades of orange. Magnificence! As if nature, after a gentle summer on the eve of gloomy winter, poor in colours, gives us this carnival of warm colours.
I painted this picture in the style of impressionism. Free copy of the American artist John Ottis Adams (1851-1927).
I love to look at the landscapes of this artist. I like the colour of his paintings. Like any artist, I sometimes make copies of the works of the great masters of the past. Most of all, I like the work of the American Impressionists of the late 19th century.
The artist painted an oil painting in a "warm" colour; small strokes create unique vibrations. They are invisible to the eyes but are perceived as a slight pleasant movement by the body. People intuitively knew this for a long time, but recently there have been many studies on the psychological comfort of a person's home.
I'm talking about scientists' conclusions that people who recently live in cities lack impressions of natural objects.
And this shortage affects the general state of health. It has been proven that if there are green plants in a dwelling, some objects of natural origin, even products made of wood or natural stone, the psychological climate of such a dwelling becomes much more beneficial to health.
Pictures depicting forest landscapes also have a beneficial effect.
