Looking for the poesy of autumn leaves.
I was inspired by the nature and by the colors of the baroque / rococo paintings, in a very free way.
An abstract painting of branches in the forest, in front of the luminous ans colored sky. Soft colors blue, pink, pale yellow and transparent brown. Branches of woodland are always making a "lace" in front of the light of the sky.
The rococo style is characterized by a profusion of forms that evoke the exuberance of nature. This small floral study is between abstract and figurative, as a contemporary piece of art that revisit historical art of ornament.
