A group of apples, half-hidden in the shadows - so familiar and yet mysterious.
The gold frame is a Victorian antique and brings an Old Master feel to the painting.
*PLEASE NOTE: this frame has been repaired at some point over the decades. Although the repair is stable it is visible (if you look for it! See the photos) so I have applied a discount.*
DELIVERY INFORMATION
In order to avoid unnecessary trips to the Post Office, I shall be arranging for delivery to be via courier (not Hermes!) and shipping charges will reflect this. For the time being delivery will only be within the UK as International deliveries have been affected - this may change as restrictions are lifted. Many international flights have been suspended but some countries are still allowing flights to land - if you are in an international location (to me) and are interested in an artwork, please contact me first and I can investigate whether delivery is a possibility.
