Original artwork description:

This piece is part of a series, titled 'Nightlife', which is a study of organic plant forms under moonlight. The organic shapes give fluidity and rhythm to the piece which I consider to be a portrait of the plants dancing together as they grow.

I was especially inspired by the vegetation and plants native to the region of Oaxaca, Mexico, where I live. I hope that this work will instill a sense of joyful calmness in the viewer and can bring to life any personal space where it is exhibited.

The piece is painted on canvas over a wooden stretcher bar, it comes ready to hang.
