Love this piece. Took slightly longer to arrive than I thought it would but that wasn't a problem. Nice personal touch on the packaging. Came in a tube so was well protected although there is a small nick out of the corner of the picture that hopefully the frame will hide. Overall very happy though.

Overall satisfaction is very good. Delivery sure was longer than our expectations. It could be that artist was on holiday when our order came in.
