Original artwork description:
I was give the lovely embroidered cushion in the picture as a gift. At the time my apartment in the old house was too scruffy to display the cushion so I painted the picture and then stored it in a safe place. Now the cushion has pride of place in my hallway with the pink curtain. Now that's progress!
