Highly Textured artworks, This piece as multiple layers of acrylic and carving paste to give depth and texture to the artwork.
This piece came about after painting a series of mini value studies, I wasn't happy with the smaller pieces so I decided to go big so I could really put some movement into my artwork.
When winter roles in it slowly strips the earth of her colour and vibrancy, the grey storm clouds creep along the sky threating rain and snow.
