I was so impressed with the service provided by Yenny. This was the first time I had bought a piece of art and Yenny made the whole process so easy. We are so happy with the Sculpture, it looks even better in person than in photos; and now takes pride place in my wife's office. Jenny was really easy to work with on an alteration (we added a cat!), shipping was fast and everything wrapped and presented really well. Thank you!

We absolutely love our sculpture and are very pleased with the final commission. I did find communication difficult at times and feel it would be better if an online call could be arranged. The delivery process threw up an unexpected customs charge, it would have been good to know this in advance as I had to make several calls to UPS in order to sort this out.

It’s really difficult to work on custom orders as artfinder does not share contact information. I would have preferred to be in direct contact as well. Regarding UPS - it has been challenging during the times of Covid to arrange for timely shipping. Maybe DHL would have been better — it’s a guessing game. Moreover, I would advise to research international purchases and the resulting duties and customs charges and regulations of your country before committing. It agreed upon that all duties and customs are paid that can be added to the cost of shipping. It is however not easy to know what that amount might be. I love to work on commissions, as this is what I do. Artfinder does not make it easy, but they have taken the role of the galleries and I am grateful for their efforts. I feel that I have done all that I possibly could to make this perfect. I am an artist and not a corporation. Therefore I feel saddened to receive not do favorable reviews. It discourages me to work on international commissions in the future.

Delivery service. ie UPS was very poor indeed. It is almost impossible to contact them in any way at all. Wben the art work did finally arrive. the seller had packaged it extremely well.
