    Interactive Pencil Portraits - second session

    Very happy to return to the Creative Writing group for more Interactive Pencil Portraits using RePaper. See the line by line versions over on my YouTube. The pencil drawings themselves are on display at Bowery Visual Arts within the 'A Splash of Colour' exhibition.

    Interactive Pencil Portraits

    Working with the Creative Writing group at Bowery Visual Arts. Sitters found it fascinating to watch the drawing appear on screen as it developed, and their reaction to it became part of the drawing. Many thanks to the group for their good humour and openness to the process and to the hosts, Bowery Visual Arts.

    Several stages of the painting to show you. Mostly changes to the finer details at this point, adjusting the colours and the modelling. More pics on my blog. Exhibition news: not one, but two exciting exhibitions coming up! There's lots of organising going on at present, so not many details to share yet, but I can reveal that one is at new location for my work. Venues and dates to be announced later this month.     Keep Going A couple of studio sessions this week, so some more progress on the painting. Pleased with it so far (more photos on my blog) Very excited that I've a new joint exhibition coming up. It'll open in March and run for eight weeks. There will be some interesting events as part of it. More details next time! Stay safe and thanks for looking.
