Susan sent out the painting shortly after purchase and provided a tracking number. The paintings were very carefully packaged. Unfortunately, the stretcher bars were warped on arrival, which Susan told me can sometimes happen during transport. I had them restretched at a local framer, and Susan kindly covered the costs. The triptych canvases immediately draw attention, and the composition fits within any modern interior. She also provided a certificate of authenticity which is always good to have and helps preserve the value of the artwork. I can recommend Susan without any reservation and will keep an eye on her atelier for future purchases.
