Comunication with Susan and her arranging of transportation of the picture was just excelent! Within a few days from the order I had perfectly packed picture at home, much earlier that I would expect. Not to mentioned that the picture is amazing! 5stars for all aspects from me! Susan sent out the painting shortly after purchase and provided a tracking number. The paintings were very carefully packaged. Unfortunately, the stretcher bars were warped on arrival, which Susan told me can sometimes happen during transport. I had them restretched at a local framer, and Susan kindly covered the costs. The triptych canvases immediately draw attention, and the composition fits within any modern interior. She also provided a certificate of authenticity which is always good to have and helps preserve the value of the artwork. I can recommend Susan without any reservation and will keep an eye on her atelier for future purchases.
