the package has been marked as delivered when it is not delivered. I have spent over 150 pound and there is no solution. I want a refund for this item

Good afternoon, yes, the postal service of Ukraine confirmed that they handed over the parcel to the Royal Mail (for delivery within the UK) and the delivery of the parcel, and even sent me a confirmation document (this is a rare mistake from the Royal Mail, and for 5 years robots on Artfinder, and more than 400 successfully delivered painting this is the first time), but I trust you, and despite the postal service claims that everything has been delivered, if the parcel is not found after you go to the local post office, we will resolve the issue with compensation , I always stay on the side of the buyer :)

The painting has been on my wall for a couple of weeks now and is growing on me. I liked it at first, but am thrilled with it now. My only complaint would be it took long to ship to me. Mr. Neliubin communicated with me directly to advise me of what was going on with shipping, which eased my concerns. A nice transaction.
