Hi Simon, Glad that you liked the picture. Also thanks for the review, I would point out that I did send to you via the Artfinder system a response on October 15th saying that I was on holiday (as indicated on my Artfinder website) at that time but that I would get the painting sent by Monday 19th October, that message is still there but the Artfinder system indicates that you did not pick up it up for some reason. I have pointed out to them on a number of occasions that I don't think that customers are aware that the artist often responds on their system to the order as indeed I did, anyway sorry again for any delay. Lovely painting. The lavender fields were especially painted, could almost touch the real thing.. The delivery took longer than expected, but that was probably due to the long distance it had to travel.

Hi Jenepher, Thanks for the lovely review, sorry about the delivery, I got it off as quickly as I could but I know that it does take some time to get to Australia, even by airmail. It was really nice to do business with you again I hope that you also liked the dragonfly. I have recently been away in the Isle of Man (my birthplace) doing an exhibition there and was reasonably successful so this has been a good first year for me. All the best Max

My first experience of Artfinder and I'm very impressed with the site structure, ease of navigation and the purchase process. Glad that you liked the picture I enjoyed painting it, as it also reminded me of my youth on my uncles farm in the Isle of Man where we had a string of different sheep dogs all with their own personalities including one that use to sit on his kennel and howl at the moon.
