    Conversation with the Indianapolis Star - 2015

    I sat down with Indianapolis Star reporter, Michael Anthony Adams, in 2015 to discuss my artistic process as well as my upcoming solo exhibition at the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library where I created 15 portraits of Vonnegut. That show was also my first sell-out.

    Here is an example of the crazy evolution of my painting style. I definitely did not see this painting turning out like this when I first started it. Usually I have a pretty strong concept of what I want the finished painting to look like, although changes are inevitable. This painting is titled "Michael" and was created in 2015.
