A wonderful artist, and a beautiful painting. There were some customs issues (of course, to the US...) and Elena tracked the package, communicating with me the whole way. I am beyond happy with "Puddle" I see many different stories in it. Thanks So much!

Elena looks after customers very well indeed. You may need to find the right place for them but once you do the paintings are a delight. Some need more light, others thrive without it; be prepared to experiment and try them in different places. Elena looks after the customs and makes sure appropriate declarations are made so that when packages are stopped and checked everything is 100% in order and there are no problems. I did have concerns but buyers are in good hands and well looked after.

We had a fun time with DHL but everything dealt with very efficiently by Elena and no problems other than a few days delay on the second batch. Listing accuracy - just a note for potential buyers. The images on the website are a bit brighter than the paintings appear at first; they need bright light to show up in the same way. Not inaccurate in any way but we aware they need a bright well-lit spot to show their best.
