    'A Sense Of Calm'

    'A Sense Of Calm'

    'A Sense Of Calm' Seam Reap, Cambodia / Bayon Temple - So I have been painting some different paintings recently, nature at it's finest in fact. This painting is based on my trip to Seam Reap / Cambodia last year. I was immediately struck by the lighting, and the pose of the Macaque monkey, the way the light illuminated his fur subtly, like a gentle glow. But the main draw was his pose, and the look of sadness in his eyes, a distance gaze, as though he was day dreaming, out of the blazing sun of Cambodia, he was taken refuge in the cool shade of the Bayon Temples many rooms. With all the pain, sadness and fear of late, for me, i am becoming more drawn to these type of scenes, to explore the beauty of life and celebrate the beauty of the world around all.

    'Light Waves' - Gosport / Hampshire

    'Light Wave' - Gosport / Hampshire - Here's my latest mural, this time in the South of England. Really good to get out of the studio and attack some walls with paint, feels like it's been a while since my last mural, and I was excited to paint something fresh. It's a close up of a traffic jam in Tokyo, always fascinated by the taxi cabs in Japan, such beautiful clean and vibrant colours. Anyway, I have many more murals planned across the globe for the summer, so watch this space! Feel free to share.

    So finally I can reveal my latest and largest mural in London to date! It's around 75ft x 30ft and all freehand spray paint, painted by eye and completely by me! It's on Newham, Ferns Road, and was commissioned by Newham council.... very pleased with this!

    I have just returned from painting a huge mural commission for the awesome Street Art Museum to be opened in 2018 and featuring the best worldwide street artist son huge 5m x 9m canvases! In the shipping warehouse it';s an incredible space and way to see art, totally unique! I also painted a commission mural inside Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, opposite the museum warehouse, room number 109 if you want to book an artists room!
