Dear Petra, Thank you for taking the time to review. I am a bit mystified by your ratings though. While, of course, your opinion concering the item is not debatable, I do not understand why you chose to rate our communications and the listing's accuracy as unsatisfactory. Was there some information you did not receive, or some query of yours that went unanswered? I kept you up to date both on the production stage and the shipping details of the item - maybe there was a message that did not reach you? Also, in what way do you find that the listing was not accurate? And I would appreciate any feedback you had on delivery and packaging, in which you also were not fully satisfied - I'm always looking for a way to improve my customers' experience.

Sculpture arrived on time and well packaged. Anna was a great communicator and very helpful. The sculpture was as described but of course the 2D pictures can not fully convey the beauty of the 3D sculpture.

I bought a lovely little sculpture from Anna and it arrived beautifully packaged in a special little box. I am not an expert on sculpture but really love this little piece- the design, style and whimsical positivity of it. Many thanks. And I hope to return in future to buy more of your work...
