Communication and response time was extremely impressive. However there were some issues with delivery/packing. It took several attempts to get the sculpture delivered undamaged. Saying that I don't know who was ultimately responsible for the damage and I would without hesitation buy again from Andreadi again. Excellent service and product!

A disappointing piece. I don't blame anybody but myself. I did not appreciate just how small it was. I really don't see the point of a piece this small and I was disappointed in the quality of the figure.

Dear Richard, I am sorry you did not find my sculpture to your liking, but I fail to understand your review ratings, and find them quite unfair and degrading for me as an artist. As you said, the description was exact and it was not at fault concerning the item, but rather your understanding of it. Also, you have rated our communication badly, despite my constant updates and my offer to take back this sculpture that you found so wanting and to refund your money. I am sorry to say, I find your contact malicious and in bad taste.

This is the 6th piece I have purchased from her -- mostly sculpture, but two pieces of wall art -- and each experience is identical in Anna's exquisite attention to any questions/concerns of mine; her glorious artistry and understanding of the human condition; her willingness to personalize and/her perfectionalize; her prompt responsiveness and shipping times. Impeccable customer service! Anna is as attentive and responsive seller as a wonderful sculptor. The sculpture was well packed and came intact, and on time. I couldn't be more delighted from having such an experience!

The sculpture was a birthday gift to a friend who lives some distance from me. I have not personally seen the work of art but was told that it was beautiful and loved by the recipient.
