Londoners on Astroturf is a wonderfully vibrant painting full of life and colour. It adds a welcome splash of brightness to my living room. There's a good contrast between light and dark and the overall effect is one of sunshine and warmth. Love it Apple Cake and Coffee at the Vondel Park has a lovely atmosphere. Lots of soft greens which I particularly like. It's a snapshot of people enjoying themselves on a warm day amongst the flowers and greenery and it makes me wish I could step into the painting! I love looking at it, especially on dark, dull days. The artist has managed to create a pleasing, subtle effect of brightness combined with shade.
