I’ve bought quite a few paintings via Artfinder but unfortunately when the above painting arrived, it didn’t look anywhere near as good as it did on line. I was seriously contemplating buying several others, but I’ll now not buy any more.

I don't think the review is particularly accurate or fair. The customer was kept informed at each stage of the process, and 2 weeks in which to return the work at no cost. He did not indicate he was not happy with the purchase. There were 17 photographs of the work online. The packaging was solid, sturdy, compact and impeccable using padding, cardboard and a tailor-made box, sent recorded delivery and tracked. As a further gesture of good will, the customer was contacted both by myself, and also by Artfinder offering to extend the return period at no cost and he was also offered a refund not once, but twice. This offer was not taken up. All customers should rest assured that they have a long period in which to return any work they are not delighted with.

This work was a present for my husband, commissioned using aa favourite photograph. He was so pleased and surprised, he actually cried…….but in a good way! He said it captures me perfectly and he will treasure it forever. Thank you so much Andrew, we love your work.

Really lovely piece, looks absolutely super in real life. Absolutely delighted with it, really evocative of the backstreets of Paris. Arrived very promptly, very well packaged and without any customs issues etc.

Wow this is a cracker - a thoroughly good surprise, this is as strong and pigmented as the web image, a real delight, especially that one stripe of light down the bannister. Well packed and arrived safe (sorry the review is a little late, I have been travelling). This one did not have a certificate of originality but it may have been removed at customs. Delighted and would highly recommend - unusual, potent, captivating painting.

I loved the style of Andrew’s work so commissioned him to paint a picture of the church where we got married as an anniversary gift. I’ve never done this before so was a bit apprehensive. Andrew replied straight away to any queries and completed the painting much quicker than I was expecting. I’d recommend Andrew for a commissioned piece. Really pleased withe the quality, communication and packing.
