I’ve bought quite a few paintings via Artfinder but unfortunately when the above painting arrived, it didn’t look anywhere near as good as it did on line. I was seriously contemplating buying several others, but I’ll now not buy any more.

I don't think the review is particularly accurate or fair. The customer was kept informed at each stage of the process, and 2 weeks in which to return the work at no cost. He did not indicate he was not happy with the purchase. There were 17 photographs of the work online. The packaging was solid, sturdy, compact and impeccable using padding, cardboard and a tailor-made box, sent recorded delivery and tracked. As a further gesture of good will, the customer was contacted both by myself, and also by Artfinder offering to extend the return period at no cost and he was also offered a refund not once, but twice. This offer was not taken up. All customers should rest assured that they have a long period in which to return any work they are not delighted with.
