    Print in progress - watch this space!

    This is a work in progress shot of me creating a follow up print to my very successful Snape Maltings Walk linocut. This one will be twice the size of the other and landscape format instead of portrait. In this picture I have just applied the third colour, there are three more colours to go on after this. I'm printing a colour a day, so hopefully I should be able to list this work on Artfinder next week - watch this space!

    Stages of Winter Sun, Stowe

    This photo shows the different layers I have printed to build up the image for 'Winter Sun, Stowe', my latest linocut. As you can see, there are 6 different layers of colour in this work. This particular linocut took me soooo long to cut - I probably spent more hours on this piece than any other. I really wanted to show as many twigs on the branches as possible! It was hard work, but I think it paid off :)
