I'm really happy with my Tim Treagust painting and it looks great on the wall of my cottage. It arrived in good time and Tim got in touch straightaway. I will definitely be buying others from him in the future.

As a result of buying this painting I will probably try and visit the artist's gallery in Cornwall if I am there. It is always nice if the artist sends a note with his painting, and I am not sure that Tim Treagust did, apart from suggesting that I visited his gallery if ever in Cornwall; I would have preferred something relating to the current sale, otherwise it is more like promoting his gallery. I don't see why he should not do this, but the personal touch is most encouraging to the buyer. I like my painting a lot and wish I was able to afford a larger on.

Thank you for you comments. I am glad you like your painting. I shall take your suggestion onboard regarding a personal note to the buyer. I can see why this would add to the purchasing experience. I do, however, take every opportunity I can to promote my gallery since it is in a secondary trading area of Penzance and can easily get overlooked by visitors. Thanks again and I may see you in The Tradstract gallery, Penzance sometime in the near future. Oops, I have just taken another opportunity to advertise it!
