When writing a still life, I pursued only a beautiful combination of colors. The painting depicts a bouquet, carelessly, almost stylized, painted with a palette knife, and a very neutral vase, as if floating out of thin air, with a gold border. It is painted in contrast to the bouquet - with a brush. And it is this combination of boldness and mysterious accuracy that makes this picture special.
The background is complex in color and texture (texture paste was applied at the first stage of work).
