Original artwork description:
Y Borth beach is a few mile outside Aberystwyth. On the day I painted this the wind was up and the surf wild. The noise of the breakers crashing on the pebble foreshore was incredible . As the breakers rolled back down the beach they gathered up and rolled the pebbles . I had to tie the easel down with boulders.
Materials used:
Watercolour paint and a little gouache on watercolour papet
