  Artist's description:

  This work, by Andrew Reid Wildman, is executed in the artist's unique style, an enthusiastic and evocative mixture of realism and imagination. The painting depicts a Victorian building in Hull, and there are signs of decay in the fabric, and yet there are bright and cheering reds in the palette and the sky is alive with an eerie and portentous light. The work recently returned from an exhibition in the Irish Republic.
