One of the interesting things about abstract art is that it is often created through a series of layers. There is a visual richness. Across the room you can see the overall composition and structure. Upon closer inspection you see the texture and lines. Another interesting thing is that abstract art allows so much participation on the part of the viewer. It can seem like a dream to one person, and a detail f a pond to another person. It does not matter what it meant to me, the artist. When we look at art and the world there is so much richness and variety.
