"While I was photographing a rowing event in Bremen from a terrace, I discovered an amazing moment of the river water glistening. Normally I hate things that glitter/shine too bright as it gives me an uneasy head but that moment of sparkles that seemed like twinkling stars on the water surface was just tempting me to make a double exposure of the scene. The angle of the sun rays was just right and the tied boat was dancing to and fro. I made an upright exposure, flipped the camera and took a second shot but this time without the tree and sky so that the double exposure is not as obvious. This is one of my absolute favourite moments of turning a temptation into a piece that conveys my state of mind during a shoot."
