Artist's description:

This is a watercolours painting on a layer of wax crayons.
The water color is an ancient technique, which somehow has undergone many conditionings especially from 1800 onwards. The nuances and color intensity can be much more soft or mushy tempera but bring with them an unexpected brilliance.
In these my work I want to try to develop as much as possible the unexpressed particularity of an amazing technique, full of charm and mystery. The same mystery that accompanies these my paintings.
