I recently watched the newest version of the film ‘Dune’ directed by Denis Villeneuve. This enticed me to re read the series of novels by Frank Herbert that I last did when I was much younger in high school in the late 70’s. So very enjoyable! Using the books as inspiration for my ‘Dune Series’, using places, characters and events from the story, I have tried to capture the essence of them with a mid century vibe.
The works are made with paper mounted on board in acid free mounts in wooden frames with UV acrylic glazing. Ready to hang with D rings and string.
