Meditation has always been a big part of my creative process. One day after a lot of painting I went into meditation to decompress. In that meditation I was swept up in a river that was sparkling with vibrant colors as far as my wet eyes could see. The journey eventually took me to this beautiful large fish that was the embodiment of creativity. Every color of the spectrum was represented on it's scales. I felt like to create it's all about diving deep, not fighting the current and working toward that big beautiful fish.
