Viking Bay at Broadstairs is a much sort after holiday town situated on the Kent coast in Thanet. This depiction from an early postcard from 1900 includes Bleak house where Dickens lived and wrote a number of novels. The mooring post on the beach still remains as does the public conveniences in the flat roofed building.
