Artist's description:

This mixed media piece starts off my "Urban" series of work. In this particular piece, you'll note the silhouette of a conductor, attempting to orchestrate the scene. In essence -- as in all of my "Urban" series pieces -- he's attempting to make order out of chaos. It's reflective of how our minds work; trying to make sense of urban decay, graffiti, and the symbolism in it.

The base is board, with layers of acrylic and spackle mixed to create the appearance and texture of a brick and mortar wall. Visually, it appears as if someone cut out a piece of a building, and hung it up.

Materials used:

Wood, Paper, Spackle, Acrylic, Spray Paint
