Untraveled Earth is created on Luan panel and framed from behind for a gallery wrap, ready to hang clean look. It consists of two 24 x 48" panels that hang together (or you can space them slightly apart depending on your preference). It is created with acrylic and gesso, painted paper, threads, photographs that I took while traveling that i printed on rice paper and affixed to the painted surface as well as mediums to create a rich and interesting surface. The piece explores time and travel, luring the viewer in with overall composition and peaceful color, and then enticing one on a journey of unmarked territory.
