The artist emphasizes the cultural values of his country in this painting he made contact of a postcard. In the background, he uses the archaeological statue to refer to his Country's historical past. To commemorate Atatürk, the founder of the country, the artist depicts M. Kemal Atatürk and the stamps of the founding years of the Capital Ankara. He seeks natural beauty on the model, making use of raw materials, textures and elements of nature in his painting. Using the texture of the motif, he refers both to traditional and to the motifs that he previously applied to ceilings and walls.
The artist creates his painting by reconstructing the postcard. He rearranges the textual, textural and visual elements of the postcard in a historical and mental order. He updates his postcard by interpreting it in his own pictorial style.
