Artist's description:

Here is another painting that I re-worked. The original one didn't seem to have a focus and that is important to me. All my paintings have a story; at least to me.

I hope you can feel the movement of the shapes. The painting can be hung either vertically or horizontally.

I like working in many different medium and chose oil paint and a bees wax paste with damar resin. The surface has a fresco look; matte and textured.

The painting is on board and simply framed. I use cold wax medium that is a technique composed mainly of beeswax with a small amount of solvent and other ingredients to aid in drying time, for use with oil paint. It has a soft, paste-like consistency. It extends the oil paint, adds body, aids in drying time, increases transparency, and allows me build up textural effects and layers and scrape back into the underlying layers.
